2 weeks of eating through Italy. A personal challenge to find the best Neapolitan pizza, all of the pasta and more arancini's that I can count on two hands. Espresso's to start the day and a cold Aperol Spritz to cool you off in the afternoon. Disconnected from the chaos of work. Truly dolce far niente.

A wedding for 2 of my closest friends in the infamous Almafi Coast lived up to the hype. Having this many friends abroad is truly special. Ravello and Capri will forever have its stamp as the most infamous wedding to date.

Seeing the incredible ancient history of Rome set the tone to start the trip. Completely slept on Naples. The energy, grit and flavors of that city left me wanting more. We took an iconic road trip from Ravello to Puglia. Hitting historic locations like Matera all the way to Alberobello, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Gallipoli and Lecce. More of Italy will be consumed every few years. I am sure of it.
